Blackberry Contacts Will Not Sync While Emails and Calendar Syncs Fine

If you’re having issues syncing contacts while emails and calendar syncs fine, follow these steps below.

1. Open the Options icon.
2. Choose Advanced Options.
3. Choose Service Book.
4. Scroll down and highlight Desktop[Sync]
5. Press the menu button, and select delete.
6. Again, press the menu button and select undelete.
7. Press the menu button and select close.
8. Scroll up to Enterprise Activation and select it.
9. Wait up to one minute or until it begins the activation process.
10. Once the activation process is finished, remove the battery for 10 seconds and replace it.
11. Your contacts should now sync correctly.
